Marissa has a wonderful way of making everyone feel heard, understood and comfortable! She put so much care and attention into my photoshoot before she took any photos. She takes careful steps to make sure your personality shines through and that you are left with a variety of poses and backgrounds in the final photo set. Her photos are great quality and have a natural and vibrant color quality. There arenā€™t enough words for this review to tell you how amazing Marissa was to work with and the pictures she produced for us. I was looking for a photographer to take updated sibling pictures which included our 2 dogs. Marissa didnā€™t hesitate when I reached out, itā€™s clear she has a passion for capturing these moments for families. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in good hands. Her patience is beyond this world (our 2 dogs were wild animals the day of the shoot), I can only imagine sheā€™d be a champion with kiddos too. She even included our significant others in a few pictures, which was totally unexpected but such a wonderful and thoughtful moment. I received our pictures within a few days and I am absolutely obsessed.

I would recommend Marissa for any setting of pictures, you will NOT be disappointed. Worth every penny, 100%!

When the right person is shooting your photos it makes such a difference. Marissaā€™s professionalism was consistent throughout the experience. The forms, questionnaires, ,and text communications let me know she was not only interested, but she was invested in my vision/ideas for the photos. Her siteā€™s security left me confident that the info for this shoot would be secure. Marissa is so patient and gracious. My daughter and I did a mother/daughter photo session with Marissa. My daughter is so funny about different people and often takes awhile to open up to them. I let Marissa know ahead of time I had no idea what the attitude would be when we arrived at the studio for our session. Well one things for sure Marissa was able to capture all kinds of emotions during our session. I am so in love with ALL of my pictures and I sure had a hard time picking which ones I wanted. I gave Marissa a quirky idea for a pet session, and she knocked it out of the park! If you're wanting to do it but you're worried it's an oddball idea, shoot your shot! She has the eye and does her research beforehand! My photos turned out amazing and were exactly what I was hoping for and more!

Connecting with Marissa through a mutual friend has been a beautifully orchestrated divine appointment. Words cannot adequately express the emotional connection we felt with her right from the start. She went above and beyond to use her God-given gifts to capture my sonā€™s unique personality, values, and even the story of his heart throughout his photo session. Watching her work with our rough draft ideas and minimal props in addition to coming up with so many of her own just about moved me to tears time and time again. Joseph was reluctant to have a senior photo session, but he is absolutely thrilled with the results!
