If I refer a friend, do I get anything?
I ask each client for the name of the person that referred them. Everytime I am given a name, the name goes into a drawing. Drawings are completed randomly 2x a year. Sometimes I give away photo sessions. Sometimes I give away physical gifts.
How do I leave a review?
Positive reviews greatly help my business. There are several ways to leave reviews.

Scroll to the bottom of your photos
Click “leave a review” (this will take you to Google reviews)

PHOTOS:
How are my photos delivered to me?
You will receive an online gallery of high resolution JPEG digital images following the completion of editing. You may choose to receive the desktop version of your album, the mobile app, or both! From this album, you can download your photos and share them on social media!
Do you provide raw/unedited photos?
No. That would be like providing an unfinished piece of art and not representing the product and services I provide.
Do I receive any physical prints?
You will receive an album of digital photos. Prints can be purchased by shopping through my online store that is attached to your album or you can print elsewhere.
Can I purchase wall decor with my photos on them?
Yes! In my store, you will see that I offer a variety of wall art options.
How long does it take to receive my edited photos?
For non-wedding/ elopement photos, you can expect to receive your album of edited digital photos within 2-4 weeks. Weddings and elopements albums can be expected to be received in 4-8 weeks.
Can I edit the photos I receive?
No. It is against my policy that any client alter the images they receive from me. I like to explain it like this: imagine purchasing a painting. It is a finished piece of art. Then it is painted over it and still called the original artist’s work. Thank you for respecting my policy.
Can I use photos with watermarks on them?
No. If photos are watermarked, it means they have not been paid for.
Can I screenshot my photos and share them?
No. This creates poor quality photos.
Do I get a choice on editing style?
Yes! Provide examples of my two editing style options: Cozy & Vibrant. Should you desire a different style, it is up to the discretion of the photographer to provide a preferred style. Photographer will not change editing styles once editing of photos is complete.
What if I want more photos than the amount that comes with my package?
Should you desire more photos than what a package includes, those photos may be purchased at an additional cost following the completion of editing.
Is there a rush delivery?
While most photos (not including weddings) are delivered before 4 weeks , any client requiring a less than a 4 week turnaround time is charged a rush delivery fee of $60. Photographer holds the right to deny rush delivery for any photos. Photographer does not allow rush delivery for wedding photos unless it is under extreme circumstances. For example, a close family member is given a short time to live and wants to see wedding photos. In extreme cases for weddings, price of rush delivery will be charged according to how quickly the client needs
PHOTO SESSIONS:
Do I get to choose my location?
Yes! While I offer a list of various suggestions for locations, you get to choose which best meets your needs.
Do you offer photo sessions in studios?
I sure do! I have a few studios that I use often! I am happy to provide pictures of the set ups!
Do you charge more for cap & gown or senior sessions?
No. These sessions are charged at the same rate as any other session.
Do I get to pick the amount of time dedicated to my photo session?
Sessions are categorized by 30, 60, & 90 minute sessions.
What if my photographer is sick the day of my photo session?
For wedding & elopement photos, photographer will make best efforts to provide a backup photographer. Photographer stays up to date with local photographers to have many backup options. For non-wedding and elopements, a photo session will be scheduled for a later date.
Do I get to pick whatever date and time I want?
Clients are asked to provide three preferred dates. The date of the photo session is contingent upon photographers availability and the availability of the chosen location. Some parks have large events, some studios are only open on certain days, etc. The time of the photo session varies. If outdoor, the time of the session depends on the season. For example, outdoor summer photos are scheduled in the evening for best lighting. Your date for your photo session will be secured once photographer receives retainer payment.
How many outfit changes do I get?
As many as you want! Please note that the time it takes to change clothing may impact the time that is dedicated to taking your photos and the amount of photos you will receive.
What if there is not a place to change?
I have a pop up changer!
Is there a travel fee?
Any location more than 20 miles from 45056 will be charged a travel fee of 67 cent per additional mile . Anything more than 100 miles from 45056 will be discussed with the client privately and determined by the package chosen.
Will you travel out of state?
Yes. If an overnight stay is required, the client is responsible to cover the cost of lodging in addition to travel fees.
What if it is raining on the day of my scheduled photo session?
We will reschedule for a day that rain is not expected.
PAYMENT
Do I pay upfront or after I receive my photos?
Sessions require 50% retainer. Then, 2 days prior to the photo session, the rest of the payment is due. Weddings, the remainder of the session is required 2 months prior to the wedding.
Is my retainer payment refundable?
If you are unable to make it to your photo session for unforeseen circumstances, your retainer may be applied to a photo session for a future date and time. No shows will not receive a refund or credit.
Do I have to pay tax? Yes. Clients are required to pay Ohio sales tax.
How do I pay? Clients are sent a digital invoice to complete payment.
Do you offer payment plans? Yes I do! I allow clients to pay payments that fit their needs. This applies to both photo sessions and purchasing of additional photos. Session will need to be completely paid off to for photo session to take place, and client will receive all extra photos with watermarks removed once payments are complete
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. This protects both the client and the photographer.
